The Fully Mobile Sizer Station is of modular construction utilising self contained, all welded fabrications, making them easy to assemble, disassemble and transport. Some of the main features of this unit are:

• Crawler Tracks
  Mounted on robust caterpillar crawler tracks, the sizer station is capable of self propelling itself between 0 to 0.27m/s
  
  
• Hopper
  Fold Down flaps on the hopper reduces the overall height to 4.5M, this was used for transportation purposes in the tunnel
  
  
• Heavy Duty Apron Plate Feeder
  A Variable Speed MMD Apron Plate Feeder is used to regulate production through the system

  The feeder is fitted with an in-built Fines Retreival System to eliminate spillage and maintain a clean working environment

• Sizer
  To minimise operating width the MMD sizer is fitted with a specially designed MMD wrap-around gearbox

  Heavy duty teeth is fitted to the sizer to enable sizing of hard materials

  To enable continous running of the system the sizer hood is fitted with a reject facility to reject oversize lumps of material
  
  Handling of wet and sticky material is accomplished by the easy to replace cleaner combs that are fitted to the sizer sideplates

• Miscellaneous
  A PLC is fitted to the unit, which can be programmed to be compatible with conveying systems
  
  The Sizer Station if fitted with the ability to raise and lower the feeder/hopper by simple pivot system, for traversing and processing modes respectively.

Although the mobile sizer station for sale was originally designed for underground operations, it can also be easily adapted to suit surface applications.
