One Sizer Does It All

A machine has been installed at a cement plant in Spain to accept clay, clinker gypsum and limestone.
At the cement plant, the Pre-processed material is brought by truck, and delivered into the sizer at a rate of 150TPH by a controlled feed system.
The material delivered can be upto 150mm in size and after processing by the sizer it is reduced to a size of only 50mm.
The single MMD Machine can easily handle the various materials needed at the site, from the wet and sticky Clay and Gypsum, to the harder and drier Limestone, to the abrasiveness of Clinker.
After sizing, each material is then placed on the discharge belt, where the material is taken away to silos for blending and further processing.
