The discharge and transfer conveyors transport material effectively and efficiently away from the sizer, discharging into a travelling hopper car or similar device.

Discharge Conveyor

Features

• 2.4metre wide transfer and discharge boom conveyor.
• Discharge conveyor can luff (+15degrees to -7degrees from horizontal) and slew (60degrees either side of centre line) to provide accurate discharge into the hopper car.
• Transfer conveyor contains impact rollers to accept material from underneath the sizer.
• The discharge point can be automated and controlled using ultrasonics
