The discharge and transfer conveyors transport material effectively and efficiently away from the sizer, discharging into a travelling hopper car or similar device.
Features
- 2.4metre wide transfer and discharge boom conveyor.
- Discharge conveyor can luff (+15degrees to -7degrees from horizontal) and slew (60degrees either side of centre line) to provide accurate discharge into the hopper car.
- Transfer conveyor contains impact rollers to accept material from underneath the sizer.
- The discharge point can be automated and controlled using ultrasonics
