Fully mobile Sizer stations are designed for high-capacity mining operations and can support continuous material handling by processing material at or near the mine face and feeding conveyor systems. By combining excavation, sizing, and conveying at the mine face, they support high-capacity, efficient production. Their suitability depends on factors such as mine layout, material characteristics, and production requirements.
Fully mobile sizer stations are designed to process and convey material directly from the mine face, which can significantly reduce or remove the need for haul trucks in many operations. Where required, trucks may still be used, but the system is intended to shift material handling towards efficient, continuous conveyor-based transport.
Fully mobile sizer stations process material at or close to the mine face and transfer it onto conveyors, significantly reducing or removing the need for haul trucks from the in-pit material handling circuit. This lowers fuel consumption and operating costs, and simplifies material handling.
A fully mobile sizer station operates at or near the mine face, where run-of-mine material is fed to the Sizer by various loading equipment and reduced to a controlled size for onward material transport. This reduces material handling and provides continuous excavation, sizing, and transport in a single simple process.
