About The Role
We are looking for a Commercial & Spares Administrator to join our team at our stunning coastal headquarters in Laxey. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building relationships, and being involved in a wide range of commercial activities. You'll become a key part of an experienced and supportive team, working closely with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across our international operations. This role offers genuine opportunities for professional growth, with exposure to global business operations and the potential to develop your skills across multiple departments and projects.
What You'll Be Doing
- Processing and managing customer sales orders
- Coordinating domestic and international shipping activities
- Preparing export and shipping documentation
- Producing quotations for spare parts and customer requirements
- Providing exceptional customer service and support
- Assisting with commercial administration and day-to-day office operations
- Supporting colleagues and customers across our global network
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Enjoys working with people and delivering excellent customer service
- Communicates confidently and professionally
- Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Can manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Is proactive, self-motivated
- Enjoys being part of a collaborative team environment
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, logistics, sales support, or commercial operations or engineering would be advantageous, but full training will be provided.
