Global Sales Conference Builds Strong Strategic Alignment
From 20–24 October 2025, MMD hosted its first Group Sales Conference & Executive Board in Beijing. The event brought together 45 core leaders from MMD, along with representatives from 20 international subsidiaries to align global sales strategies for the coming years.
During the conference, subsidiary teams reviewed annual sales performance, analysed major project achievements, and set clear development goals based on evolving market trends. The productive sessions strengthened cross-regional coordination and laid a solid foundation for enhanced global growth within the MMD Group.
Strong Presence at the 21st International Coal Equipment Exhibition
Immediately following the conference, Beijing MMD Mining Machinery Co. Ltd attended the 21st International Coal Equipment Exhibition from 28–31 October.
The Group Managing Director, Martin Vorster, along with key global representatives including Group Business Development Director, Chris Pearson, Group Commercial Director, Craig Joynes, and Managing Director – Mauritius, Jonathan Cain, attended the event in support of Beijing MMD.
MMD’s booth captured significant attention thanks to its professional equipment displays and superior service. Long-standing customers visited for in-depth discussions, while the Mayor of Mapo Town also stopped by to commend MMD’s engineering excellence and contributions to the coal equipment industry.
The exhibition further strengthened relationships with existing partners, expanded global cooperation opportunities, and significantly enhanced the MMD brand’s visibility within the coal and mining equipment sectors.

Major Project Win Strengthens MMD’s Global Market Presence
During the China Coal & Mining Expo, MMD’s strategic partner DHHI secured a major overseas project, which includes four MMD crushing stations. This achievement follows the successful 2023 award of three MMD iron ore crushing stations for the Winning Consortium Simandou project in Guinea, another milestone reinforcing the strength of MMD’s advanced mineral crushing technology.
