Energy-efficiency is at the heart of our Sizer technology, ensuring reduced energy consumption for your mining operations.
Integrating sizing, feeding, and conveying systems into a relocatable crushing solution for mining operations, these systems are designed for high-capacity material processing and provide the flexibility to reposition equipment as mine plans evolve while maintaining efficient, continuous production.
We recognise the balance between efficiency and flexibility is vital when processing and blending materials within your mine. That’s why our Semi-Mobile Sizer Stations are designed with this in mind. Designed to reduce haulage distances and improve material handling efficiency, these systems receive material from haul trucks, reduce it to a conveyor-ready size, and can be relocated as mine operations advance.
Working together, we can improve your efficiency, reduce your operating costs and boost productivity.

Capacity
The choice depends on how the mine develops, how often material handling infrastructure needs to move, and the balance between operating flexibility and efficiency. Semi-mobile sizer stations are suited to staged mining or blending operations, where the system can remain in one location for extended periods before being relocated in line with mine progression. They provide a balance between flexible mine planning and efficient in-pit material processing.
Semi-mobile sizer stations are typically relocated in modules using self propelled crawler transporters or similar heavy transport equipment. Because they are designed to operate from a fixed position for extended periods, relocation is planned as part of mine development and carried out less frequently than with fully mobile systems.
The main difference is how frequently the system is relocated. Fully mobile sizer stations move continuously with the excavator at the mine face, while semi-mobile stations are relocated less often and operate from a fixed position for longer periods, providing a balance between flexibility of truck haulage and efficiency of conveyor transport.
Semi-mobile Sizer stations offer a practical balance between the flexibility of truck haulage and the efficiency of conveyor efficiency. Compared with traditional long-distance truck haulage, they can reduce operating costs, lower fuel consumption, and support more continuous mining operations.
Improve truck and shovel production by up to 40%, whilst increasing safety and lowering your cost per tonne.
